1. I've placed an order - how long is delivery?
We usually deliver your beautiful corset to you within two weeks. Sometimes it can take three weeks (during busy times, such as Christmas, Valentine's & Easter).
2. I need my corset Urgently!
If you need your corset urgently, please bear in mind that: most of our corsets are HAND-MADE by dedicated professionals and they make the corset according to your requirements. Ie: the style, fabric, colour, binding, back panel, suspenders. These corsets are not mass-imports sitting on the shelves waiting to be despatched. They are lovingly crafted to your specification. Having said that, always tell us your delivery needs and we will do our utmost to achieve it.
3. What is a Back Panel?
A 'Back Panel' (sometimes called a 'Modesty Panel') is a piece of the same fabric sewn along one side at the back of the Corset. It's function is to lie behind the lacing so your bare skin doesn't show.
3. Are the Suspenders Removable?
Yes! Suspenders are completely removable. The loops cannot be seen below the hem of your Corset - so you can wear your corset with or without them! They are also FREE!
4. How will my Corset arrive?
Your exquisitely crafted Corset will arrive by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier, both of which will require a signature from you. Our customers are very dear to us, so we like to make them feel special by wrapping the Corset in coloured tissue with ribbons to match! So, even if you've bought your Corset as a gift to yourself, you will certainly feel spoilt!
5. How do I measure myself?
You will find a measuring guide along the left-hand side of the screen within the Information column. Within this page you will find comprehensive measuring instructions. If you get stuck or need any help, just phone or email and we'll assist.
6. I'm worried I won't get the right Style of Corset for my Shape!
No need to worry! We frequently get asked this question and in most instances, we advise to email over your exact measurements (overbust, underbust, bra cup size, waist at smallest part, hips at top hip bone & height) - tell us which corset interests you most and you will get our expert opinion.
7. Can I return my Corset if I don't like it?
As explained above, most of our Corsets are hand-made 'to-order' which means you have asked us to make a corset especially for You. We regard all the products in our store as 'intimate apparrel' and as such cannot be returned (unless faulty). Our Terms & Conditions within the Information column will give you all the legal stuff, so please take a moment to read them. The Golden Rule is to Measure Yourself Correctly and Choose a Corset Suitable for Your Shape.
